Privacy Policy

If you are surfing our websites (www.boxoflight.com, www.boxoflight.com, www.derekmorrison.co.nz, www.adventuremediagroup.co.nz) then we collect and store the following information about your visit:

• The IP address of your machine when connected to the Internet and the domain name from which you are accessing the Internet
• The operating system and the browser your computer uses, and any search engine you are using
• The date and time you are visiting
• The URLs of the pages you visit
• If you provide it, your email address

We use that information to measure how visitors are interacting with the site so we can improve the overall experience of each visit. Although we may publish trend information about usage patterns, we do not disclose information about individual machines. We do not sell information that identifies you personally.

If you choose to provide us with personal information such as your email address, for example by filling out the Box of Light subscription form, we will use the information only for the purposes of delivering you information about Box of Light: primarily one email report delivered on Tuesday at 10:30am each week of the year.

To update your personal information you can contact us by email, or call us on +64 3 742 1186. You can also click on the "Manage My Subscription" link at the bottom of our weekly email reports. Occasionally, we will also request your time in answering a short survey to help us to develop the Box of Light experience.

Box of Light is distributed via Campaign Monitor, our permission-based email marketing solutions supplier, which also supplies other New Zealand and International-based organisations.

You may unsubscribe via the "Manage My Subscription" link in each weekly report or by emailing us with the words unsubscribe in the subject bar, or requested in the body of the email. Box of Light will then remove you from its subscriber base within 48 hours.
